About the Role

We have an exciting and pivotal role of Brand Operations Manager - North America that is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational management and execution across our UNFI and KeHE business. This role is responsible for ensuring flawless item setup, supply chain coordination, promotional execution, and distributor partnership management to drive availability, efficiency, and growth for the brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment. You will also support our new business strategy across North America as we push into new channels and retailers, whilst also maintaining opportunities with our existing retailers. This role will also serve as part of our North America Team and contribute to building out of a global center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Operations Management: Oversee UNFI and KeHE operations, including item setup, pricing, launches, and maintenance.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor inventory, track shipments, and partner with demand planning to prevent out-of-stocks and maintain service levels.
  • Promotional Execution: Manage submissions, timelines, and compliance within distributor portals; ensure accurate execution of promotional plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, marketing, finance, and global teams to support launches, promotions, and issue resolution.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales, inventory, and promotional data; develop KPI dashboards and provide actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement efficiency enhancements across systems and workflows.
  • Product Lifecycle & Profitability: Manage product lifecycle, monitor profitability metrics, and collaborate with marketing and NPD teams for alignment.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • 5-7 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UNFI and/or KeHE processes, systems, and promotional mechanics.
  • Experience working in the natural products in the CPG industry.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and distributor reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship builder with team and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Successful track record of success in complex projects and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
